Fees - Regular and Off-Hour Appointments
* 45 minute fee: $135 - Payable at the time of the session.
* 90 minute fee: $250 - Payable at the time of the session.
* Phone sessions available at the same rates above.
* Payments via PayPal for telephone sessions.

* Student fees negotiable.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
* Less than 24 hours notice, the charge is 100% of Regular Fee.

Insurance
* Prior to setting your first appointment, please contact your
insurance company for pre-authorization and to check your benefit
level and co-pay.
* Please be prepared to pay the full negotiated rate at the time of
your appointment.
* On request, a receipt will be provided to you for insurance
purposes.
