WHAT'S SO "GOOD" ABOUT "BAD" FEELINGS?

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) states: "18.8 million American adults suffer from a depressive illness... and more than 19 million Americans ages 18-54 have anxiety disorders." Most of the world suffers from external as well as internal stress on a daily basis.

The physical and emotional pain I experienced from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome led to an accidental discovery of an inner process that provided profound insight into how to get relief from internal stress in an unusual, yet simple way. Instead of making uncomfortable feelings wrong, I learned to understand that they are powerful messengers, and when I listened to them, instead of pushing them away, they led to amazing insights and a release of blocked energy. I have been teaching individuals, couples and groups for over 20 years how to use, what I now call the process of "WHAT'S SO "GOOD" ABOUT "BAD" FEELINGS?" to discover how to use this healing process.
